As per policy of Iqra University, refund of fee shall be applicable for new applicants on the

following criteria:

Tuition Fee is refundable in accordance with the guidelines of the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Please note that the said policy will be applicable from the commencement of classes, not from the date of admission.
The same policy will be applicable to all those candidates who are eligible for admission,
whether their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC-II) examination result is available or not.

Commencement of classes: Up to 7th day of commencement of classes(1st week of the semester)

Refund % of tuition fee: Full (100%) Refund of tuition fees only.

Commencement of classes: From 8 th – 15 th day of commencement of classes (2nd week of the semester)

Refund % of tuition fee: Half (50%). Refund of tuition fees only.

Commencement of classes: After second week of commencement of classes

Refund % of tuition fee: No refund.

How to apply for a refund:

Write an email at admission@iqrauni.edu.pk with the Subject: Fee Refund – Batch (as per admit card) – Student ID

Batch: Fall, Spring or Summer

(Attach your paid fee voucher to the email)

After the process is complete you will be updated once your cheque is ready, the process would require 40-45 days after the commencement of classes.

Admission Criteria

Four Years Bachelor’s Programme:

For admission in Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA-H) / BS (Accounting & Finance) an applicant must have:

At least 50% marks in Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from a recognised Institute/Board.
“A” levels or other foreign qualifications, such students must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Intermediate Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
Or, At least 60% marks in Diploma, for admission.

BS Commerce (FinTech)

At least 45% marks in Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from a recognised Institute/Board.
“A” levels or other foreign qualifications, such students must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Intermediate Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
Or, At least 60% marks in Diploma, for admission.

Two-and-a-half Year Bachelor Programme:

For admission in two-and-a-half years’ degree programme of Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA)

15 Years of Schooling with business qualification: B.Com (3 Years), BBA (3 years) or
14 Years of Schooling with non-business qualification: B.Com (2 Years), BA, B-Tech, B.Sc. or any two-year Graduation Programme respectively.

The number of credit hours needed to complete the degree will be according to the policies of the Higher Education Commission.

For Two Years ADP Programs

For admission in ADP Business Administration (with specialisation, Accounting and Finance, Digital Marketing )

At least 50% marks in Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from a recognised Institute/Board.

Four-Year Bachelor’s Programme:

For admission in BS (Computer Science) / BS (Software Engineering) / BS (Artificial Intelligence) / ADP Computer Science, an applicant must have:

At least 50% marks in intermediate / DAE with Mathematics as a subject or equivalent 12 years of education with Mathematics as a subject are required.
At least 50% marks in intermediate Pre-Medical (subject combination of Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or equivalent 12 years of education are also eligible to apply. Such candidates are required to study additional two Mathematic courses worth 6 credits hours, during the first year of studies
Or GCE (A levels) in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Applicants having A levels or other foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate with at least 50% marks, issued by the Intermediate Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
Or at least 50% marks in Diploma of Associate Engineering Examination for admission (Mathematics and Physics should be cleared).

Four Years Bachelor’s Programme:

For admission in BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics / BS Anaesthesia Technology / BS Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / BS Radiology Technology / BS Dental Technology / BS Optometry an applicant must have:

At least 50% marks in Higher Secondary School Certificate ( FSc Pre Medical)
“A” levels or other foreign qualifications, such students must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Intermediate Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

A minimum overall score of 60% in the pre-medical group of Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent in Pakistan.
British Advanced Level Certification with Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The score should be over 60% (Pre-Medical) in the IBCC Equivalence.
Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th grade) from other countries with Biology, Chemistry and Physics accompanied by an Equivalence Certificate from the IBCC at least 60% HSSC Pre-Medical qualification.

BS Psychology

A minimum overall score of 45% Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent in Pakistan.
“A” levels or other foreign qualifications, such students must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Intermediate Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).

BS Nursing

A minimum overall score of 50% in the pre-medical group of Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent in Pakistan.
“A” levels or other foreign qualifications, such students must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Intermediate Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Gender: Male and Female

Applicant must meet one of the following:

Matric: 45% (Physics, Chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects) or Arts 50% or FA 50%
HSSC : Pre-medical 45% (Physics, Chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects)

Nursing Diploma Community Midwifery

Gender: Female (only)

Applicant must meet one of the following:

Matric: 45% (Physic, Chemistry, and biology) or 45% ARTS

Nursing Diploma Lady Health Visitor

Gender: Female (only)

FSc Pre-medical 45% (Physic, Chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects)

Matric: 45% (Physic, Chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects)
