Iqra University Chak Shahzad Campus, Islamabad, has planned to arrange its Degree Awarding Ceremony, 2026 on May 09, 2026 (Rehearsal) and May 10, 2026 (Function) at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.

 

The students who graduated in FALL-24, SPRING-25, SUMMER-25 & Fall-25 semesters are eligible to attend the ceremony.

General Guidelines:

1. Please make sure that before you come for Degree Awarding ceremony registration, you have:-​​

   • Taken your official transcript and degree.

   • Paid the fee (Degree Awarding Ceremony fee, transcript/degree and any other outstanding dues).

2. Taken your final clearance from all the required departments.

3. You can receive the Degree Awarding Ceremony registration form from Students Office personally or you can download it from the website: www.iqraisb.edu.pk.

4. Please complete the form in BLOCK CAPITALS and put a tick in the appropriate answer box where a choice is offered.

5. Last date for the registration is April 24, 2026 (for all eligible students, including those awaiting the thesis/project results).

6. The Degree Awarding Ceremony fee will be paid in the finance office with the following details:-

• One student with two guests is Rs.12000/-

• One student with one guest Rs.9000/-

• One student only Rs.6000/-

​

1. For each additional guest Rs.3000/- will be charged against each guest.

2. All the students are advised to register very carefully and after the registration guest will be added only on the availability of seat(s)/ticket(s).

3. Please abide by the closing dates for registration.

4. Gold medals will be awarded program wise and for the period announced. The students who qualify for gold medal must also get registered for the DEGREE AWARDING CEREMONY.  If an eligible student(s) is not registered for the Degree Awarding Ceremony, he/she will not be given the Gold medal. This option will go to the next eligible student. For details visit the university website www.iqrauni.edu.pk and see the gold medal rules or contact Students Office.

5. Degree Awarding Ceremony fee once deposited, will not be refunded.
