BS Economics
Introduction
The BS Economics program is designed to equip the graduates with the knowledge of economic theory, so that they could understand that how economic agents interact and economy operates. The graduates of this program are expected not only to identify the economic problems, but they may also suggest set of alternative solutions.
Learning Outcomes
BS Economics provides a strong foundation to pursue a range of careers. After completing the degree in BS Economics, the students can join banking, government institutes: public & private colleges, universities, planning commission, and finance ministry, BISP, Economic Division at national and sub-national level, research institutes, non-profit organizations, and international organizations like IMF and World Bank, Asian Development Bank etc. Iqra University graduates have pursued careers in financial services, management consulting, research & data analytics, risk management, education, public policy and many more industries.
